Tied to your own balance, after a quick ID check and the issuer’s approval.

  • Lands in seconds, in US dollars

When they send $200, $200.00 lands in your account. No pickup line, no waiting.

  • Tap to pay with your phone

Add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, where available.

  • Spend it anywhere Visa works

The pharmacy, the market, the bus. The moment it lands.

  • What you buy stays yours

Your family sees what arrived, never what you buy.

Is this invite really from them?

Anyone can send a link. Three checks tell you whether this one is real.

  1. 1

It came from someone you know

A relative sent it to you themselves. If it came from a number you don’t recognize, check with them before you open it.

  2. 2

    The link starts with casa.family/join

Look at the address before you tap. Anything else is not a Casa invite.

  3. 3

They tell you they sent it

Call or message them on the number you already have. They’ll know whether they sent it.

Opening an invite sends nothing. Each one is for one person and expires after a few days, and you’re only connected once you both say yes.

How to spot a scam

Casa will never

  • Ask for your password or verification codes
  • Ask for your full card number
  • Ask you to send money to “verify”, “unlock” or “protect” your account
  • Ask you to install another app or share your screen

Start with the link they sent you.

  1. Open their invite

Tap the link your relative sent. It opens Casa in the app if you have it, or in your browser.

  2. Say yes

Check it’s them, then confirm. You’re connected only when you both say yes.

  3. Get your card

Sign in to your own account and do a quick ID check. Once the issuer approves, your Visa card is ready.

Casa is in early access. The app is coming to the App Store and Google Play.

Questions from family

Do I need my own account?

Yes. Each adult has their own Casa account and their own sign-in, and keeps their own money. Nobody needs your phone or your codes to set it up.

What currency does the money come in?

US dollars. If they send $200, $200.00 lands in your Casa account. When you pay in another currency, Visa converts it at the moment you pay.

Is it a real Visa card?

Yes. A Visa card in your name, tied to your own Casa balance, after a quick ID check and the issuer’s approval. Cards aren’t in every country yet.

Who can see what I buy?

Not your family. They see what arrived, never what you buy. Casa never sees your card numbers, bank numbers or password.

What if I lose my phone?

Your money lives in your account, not on your phone. Sign in from another device to secure it. Here’s how.

Ask us anything before you say yes. Your message reaches the Casa team.
